This achievement was highlighted in the South Carolina Department of Education’s 2023-24 school year report cards released for GCS. The annual report cards rate the performance of the school district and its primary, elementary, middle and high schools.
According to the report cards, every high school in the district increased or maintained its graduation rate from the previous year. Woodmont, Riverside, Mauldin, Hillcrest and Eastside High Schools each had more than 90% of their students graduate last year.
