Local Realtor Tony Rossitto sells Greenville condo for $3.2M
Tony Rossitto of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors sold a condo in Falls Tower Camperdown in Greenville for $3.2 million, the brokerage announced May 23.
Located at the corner of South Main and Broad streets on the building’s 10th floor, the property is one of 18 residential units in the development. The residence’s features include:
- 10-foot ceilings
- Floor-to-ceiling windows
- Italian marble
- A private, 692-square-foot secured-access garage

The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors announced a 50% increase in active residential listings, from 2,475 listings on the multiple listing service on May 10, 2022, to 3,712 on May 10, 2023.
The average residential sales price has increased 0.9% year over year from $473,222 in 2022 to $477,716 in 2023, and median residential sales prices had a 0.3% increase from $343,880 to $344,840.
The average number of days on market has increased by 32.7% from 55 to 73.
GGAR also reported 1,312 homes were pending sale and 1,202 units were under contingency contract as of May 10.

Kylie Stevenson joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors as a sales associate in the company’s Midtown Office.
She is also joining the brokerage’s JK Group.
Stevenson worked as a hairstylist in the Simpsonville area.
She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate.
