Hartness releases 53-home community The Meadow
Hartness, an urban village located on Greenville’s Eastside, has released The Meadow, a neighborhood bordering the community’s nature preserve.
The 53-home community will include:
- Townhomes
- Cottages
- Village homes
- Estate homes
- Homes with rear courtyards and spaces for carriage homes
Some of the home plans will have large yards to accommodate swimming pools and outdoor kitchens.
Buyers looking to move into The Meadow may also choose from three new-home plans:
- Barton: two-story house
- Bull River Cottage: one-story house
- Giles: two-story house
“Architecturally distinct custom-home neighborhoods are scarce in Greenville and The Meadow is a significant new and noteworthy offering for Hartness. These new neighborhoods provide various opportunities to create your own customized dream residence in an amenity-rich village set against one of the area’s most stunning pieces of land,” said Hartness Development CEO Sean Hartness. “Hartness is a special place, and we are thrilled to present new opportunities to make the community home.”
Hartness is a 467-acre urban village offering residences and homesites. The community also features dining, shopping, entertainment and office space connected by lush pathways, green streets and community gathering spaces. For more information, visit hartnessliving.com.
