The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors announced a 33.1% increase in active residential listings, from 2,873 listings on the multiple listing service on June 10, 2022, to 3,824 on June 10, 2023.
The average residential sales price increased 4.5% year over year from $458,686 in 2022 to $479,494 in 2023, and median residential sales prices had a 1.1% decrease from $348,890 to $344,900.
The average number of days on market has increased by 35.2% from 54 to 73.
GGAR also reported 1,203 homes were pending sale and 1,135 units were under contingency contract as of June 10.

Phase 1 presales have opened for Hue on Green, a 22-unit townhome community in downtown Greenville.
Pricing for the three-story, 1,885-square-foot townhomes start at $450,000 and each unit features:
- Three bedrooms
- Five baths
- A loft area
- An open-concept living area
