Gatherings are finally getting bigger and distance between friends is becoming smaller. There’s no better way to share some space than gathering around a fresh charcuterie board.
Don’t worry though about making your own cheese board creation — these local charcuterie specialists have you covered.
Bloom and Board

Started by two moms looking for a hobby, Codie Lorio and Diana Tiller began Bloom and Board with the idea of selling “instant parties” made up of floral arrangements and charcuterie boards. After realizing that wasn’t quite working, they decided to move into the grab-and-go charcuterie business.
They quickly grew into a well-known business in the Upstate and, as they’ve became more popular, Lorio and Tiller decided they needed more help. They first looked for culinary and college students but then discovered other moms looking for small jobs. The team now consists of several moms working while their kids are at school, practice and camps.

Their most popular board is the grab-and-go, available in several local stores including The Rock House Antiques, Front Porch Fixins, and the New York Butcher Shoppes. You can also have a board delivered straight to your door via Market Wagon. For large gatherings, special order a larger Bloom and Board on their website.
Chadcuterie

After leaving the highly-demanding restaurant atmosphere, Chad Gangwer, former chef and co-owner of Southern Culture, LTO Burger Bar and the HabiTap, decided to launch his own brand right out of his house. Chadcuterie started after he saw a friend’s Instagram post of a charcuterie board delivered to her house and it took off from there.
As the business grew, Gangwer eventually graduated from his house kitchen to the Birds Fly South kitchen. There, he makes even more outrageous charcuterie boards and has a custom menu that pairs cheeses with Birds Fly South beers. His bestseller (and personal favorite) is the 18”x 18” Big Daddy board which includes over 25 different fresh ingredients.

If you’re looking for something specific, Chadcuterie can also customize a one of a kind board for any event. Visit his website to see all of his boards.
Southern Grazer

A love for entertaining led Heather Stickler to open Southern Grazer. She started by creating charcuterie boards for family events and eventually grew it into a business. Within a week of creating Southern Grazer, she was selling out and already had loyal customers.
Stickler works out of Greenville Professional Catering where she creates charcuterie boards and boxes of all sizes. As parties are coming back into swing, her most popular board has shifted to her 22-inch platter. For ingredients, she only serves the freshest cheeses including a merlot-marinated and a white stilton cheese.

Stickler said she also has exciting news coming for Southern Grazer in the next month including charcuterie board classes and custom picnics. To order your own party platter or request a custom board, visit her website.
