On Oct. 5, going to brunch will help those affected by Hurricane Helene.
Several downtown Greenville restaurants will donate 100% of sales during brunch/lunch service to the American Red Cross and World Central Kitchen for disaster relief services through the Table 301 Restaurant Group’s Brunch for a Cause Greenville.
Participating restaurants include:
- Soby’s New South Cuisine, 207 S. Main St.
- The Lazy Goat, 170 Riverplace
- Nose Dive, 116 S Main St.
- CAMP Modern American Eatery, in Camperdown Plaza at 2 E Broad St.
- The Jones Oyster Co., 22 E. Court St.
- Passerelle Bistro, in Falls Park at 601 S. Main St.
- Jianna, 600 S. Main St.
All seven restaurants are either current or former Table 301 restaurants.
Brunch for a Cause was started in 2004 at Soby’s following the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. Months later in 2005, Table 301 held a second brunch in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Since then, the meal has been held for aid toward the 2013 Moore tornado in Oklahoma, as well as Hurricanes Harvey, Dorian, Michael and Ian. Most recently, it was held to help victims of Maui wildfires in August 2023.
Reservations can be made at brunchforacausegreenville.com. The Jones Oyster Co. is walk-in only.
